Restore the full library
Open a locked story, pass the grown-up gate, and select Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Sound is not playing
Raise the media volume and make sure the iPhone is not connected to another audio device. Narration is included in the download and does not require internet access.
Offline use
Stories and narration work without internet after installation. App Store connectivity is needed only to buy or restore the full library.
Include with your message
Please describe what happened and include your iPhone model, iOS version, app language, and the story name. Do not send a child's personal information.
